Which should I write first: how wonderful she is or apologize for being a brat all my life?
When writing my mother's day card..?
I think it's interesting how we all feel slightly obligated to apologize on a mother's day card.
I always go with, "I'm proud to have you as my mother" or mention some major accomplishment she's achieved this yr. and tell her how motivating she is and that every day you strive to be the beautiful woman that she is each and every day.
Reply:Either one. You could say only a mother as wonderful as you could have tolerated a brat like me. Then praise her up and down the place. The card should honor her. You can apologize in a personal conversation when both of you are enjoying talking together.
Reply:I would just tell her that you love her and would just try to make that day incredibly special for the both of you. I wish you both well.
