How do you make up with your mother?

We haven't talked for three months now,,I am going through a divorce and I though she would be there for me...if I call her, I really don't want to get yelled at (the world revolves around her) AND I didn't send a mothers Day card,,

Don't want to hear it...but want to make up

How do you make up with your mother?
I think you should write her a letter and tell her how you feel and ask her to write back. Maybe after you both get all your thoughts out then it will be easier to talk on the phone and in person.
Reply:Life is short - just call her. My mother is going through severe depression and I feel like I don't even have a mom anymore. You are so lucky to have a mother who would be there for you if you asked. Don't throw that away over childish pride.

Myself I haven't spoken to my mom in 3 years and plan on keeping it that way.
Reply:You can either wait for her to call or you call her. It depends who is more stubborn. If she's just going to yell at you when you call her then why do you want to make up with her anyway?
