Happy Valentine's Day. Thank you for raising such a beautiful and loving daughter.

I am writing a Valentines Day Card to my girlfriends Mother, What should I write?
I don't know if I would go there. Almost anything you say can be misunderstood, and could cause all sorts of confusion.



However, if it's a tradition for their family or you feel you have to, then keep it squeaky clean. You could make it sound formal, using words like honor special, and family. Don't say will you be my valentine. Maybe just Happy Valentines Day would work best.
