Should i forgive that girl that tried to steal my car?

remember that girl that put the car in her name for me (after i paid the deposit and first month) and was suppose to switch over when i got my license, she kept the car for about a month, could not even keep up the payments, it was repossed from her, now my car is in my name, she came over one day, shes been asking about me and wanted to give a mothers day card, i want to ask her why did she hurt me like that, i need closure? should i forgive her? can i forgive her and don't be friends with her, i miss having a best friend, but now i feel like she uses me for what i have, a car, place to stay etc, she told me she cared for my kids, if she did this to us, she did not care, what should i do, i want to forgive her but at the same time let her know how much damage she did to me, i am a single mom of 2, and she took my means of transportation,

Should i forgive that girl that tried to steal my car?
no forgiving.

She was a mean *********
Reply:Yes. You should forgive everyone 70 times 7.
Reply:Im going to go out on a limb here and say go ahead and forgive her. Dont "forget" it, but forgive. You know what I mean? Dont put yourself in a position again where you have to rely on her for anything. Just try to be friends.

Sometimes people do crappy things. If you decide later that you just cant trust her...you can always just stop talking to her.
Reply:We are to forgive those who have hurt us. However, you need to sit her down and explain to her your feelings. Tell her exactly how you feel. That is the only way to get closure to the situation.
Reply:You should forgive any one for anything.

I don't know if I would have this person as my friend or around my children.

You are going to have enough trouble keeping you and your children a float is it right that you let someone take advantage of you in front of your children?

What are your children learning from this? They are learning that it is OK for someone to walk all over them as long as that person apologizes... Do you want your children growing up to be victims?

You are setting an example for your children , remember they only have you to look up to and model after.

Be good to your self and your children kick this trash out of your life!
