What should I write in my bf's mom's card for Mother's Day?

Me and my boyfriend are really serious, we've been together for over a year. Me and his Mom aren't really close because I don't spend anytime alone with her that much. She doesn't hate me but she said "we haven't clicked yet because she feels I don't feel comfortable around her yet".



Anyways..I don't even want to try anymore to be close with her but I'm doing it for my bf. TEN POINTS TO THE BEST ANSWER!!!

What should I write in my bf's mom's card for Mother's Day?

I know we haven't been that close but I want to thank you for the support you've given (your boyfriends name) and I over the year(or exact length of time you've been with your bf).

Reply:Write something to the effect of thanking her for having such a wonderful child, that you had the great fortunte to meet and fall in love with....how lucky you feel to have him in your life, and you know he's the person that he is because of her (her raising him).

Reply:Don't write anything at all. She had admitted that she wasn't clicked with you yet. If you write, she will take it that you are trying to polish her shoes or slippers, ok , maybe heels.
