My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year now and his mother really likes me. She's a real sweet person and has gotten me things for Christmas and my birthday. I can't afford to buy anything really so my boyfriend and I are just going to give her a card and take her to dinner, problem is ... I'm not really sure what to say in the card. I appreciate her and love her son dearly so something along the lines of that if there are any etiquettely skilled people out there. Thanks in advance.
Signing a mother's day card?
How about this? "Thanks for raising such a great son. Not only are you a wonderful person, but a great mom too. Happy mothers' day."
