hi 5.. i dont know were u r but mothers day is today...its the first sunday in march..has been every year....
Reply:I sent my mum an email this morning. I also made her a cd which she loves, she is 70, so there's not much you can get her, as she has everything.
Reply:I'll be going to see my mum in about two hours time.Me and my sister have a nice day planned.
Reply:my mum lives 300 miles away from me but i always send her a card and call her...
Reply:i live in the US so mother's day is in May, but i plan to get her a huge stuffed white bear and a locket with a picture of her dad. she used to have a stuffed bear like that when she was a kid her dad had given her and she still misses it. it's going to say: love daddy.
Reply:yes. i brought her a new iron (don't ask - she wanted one), some perfume and we're going out for a meal tonight.
Reply:i got my mum flowers and chocolates and my husband got me from my 3 year old a box of chocolates with only 4 sweets in it and no card the miserable sod lol
Reply:Yep, I've bought her a card and a vase of fake but really convincing flowers (I wanted them to last more than just a few days) and a vase. I've told her to think about what she wants to do with the day too:-)
Reply:No, she cut me off nineteen years ago and also our children because i stood up to her control-freak bullying. She hasn't changed and my children haven't had a birthday or christmas card from them in all that time. She has missed out on so much. This is the second mothers day without my lovely mum-in-law and i miss her so much - what a lovely lady she was and a fantastic nanna too. I still have my lovely Aunty however who i took out for lunch on friday as she is dining with her youngest son today. Perhaps the lesson my own mother taught me has made me the mum i am today - my kids have all left home now but they come home at least one evening a week for a meal with us and every sunday if they want to - i don't criticize, i will give advice if they ask for it - i just love them.
Reply:Yes I 'm all organized I got her some smellys for the bath and a DVD box set she wanted and she will come over here today for her dinner I got a lovely card for her too.
