Ok, my frend moved to this town almost 3 years ago. She's really cool and has been one of my true frends since...idk...A VERY LONG TIME. But...after a year when she moved here...her mother sadly died of illness. I felt so bad for her, and she missed school for almost 4 months.
Right until now, she was an ok, happy-go-lucky kid. She was ONE of my good (u can say "best") frend. She's helped me through nearly EVERYTHING (especially my parents divorce).
But this year has been BAD. Really BAD. A lot of people have been making fun of my frend cuz of her deceased mother. My gosh they are so cruel SCREW THEM!
And the worst part is that it's almost Mother's Day. I wanna help my frend, but she's always like "Oh It's Ok, I'm Fine! Don't Worry!" But I know that something's very wrong. Like during Spanish class, we made Mother's Day cards in Spanish. She wrote it to her grandmother but was quiet during the whole time. I think I'm gonna make her a gift to make her better. Any ideas? Thanks!
I wanna help my frend--her mother passed away almost 2 years ago and now Mother's Day is coming up...help...!
maybe take her out and have fun;; it is hard i have friends who have the same problem.
or someone unknowingly will say something about their mother and they look like thier going to break down.
the only thing you can really do is show her your always there for her. invite her over and make her dinner ;]
help her keep her mind off of things;; it is hard.
good luck.
Reply:maybe you could get her some kind of small tree or rose bush to plant in her backyard in her mother's memory..... something that is hard to kill, because it would make the situation sadder. but she could plant it on mother's day in her mother's memory and watch it grow, and it would still be there next mother's day and the one after and so on......
Reply:buy her a puppy! or a kitten! animals may not replace human beings, but, their unconditional love is just as strong!
