Do you have a problem picking a mothers day card because most of them are so sweet that they would sound?

sarcastic to your mother.

For example you have a mother who in the first place wanted to abort you then let someone else raise you and by the time you are grown up she is so bitter that is incapable of loving even helself and every time you try to seek her love and approval you unfortunately cannot get as much as you would expect to get from her.

Do you have a problem picking a mothers day card because most of them are so sweet that they would sound?
I hate greeting cards! They're fake and completely meaningless. How can you buy this preprinted sentiment and have that stand for your entire relationship with another person? When I buy greeting cards (because I feel I am forced to in order to maintain the (dubious) relationship!), I can't help but laugh (and/or feel sad) at the sentiments expressed that I have never felt for anyone.

I've discovered an alternative to greeting cards: Photo cards through Shutterfly. $2 for a decent card framing cute digital photos of your children, with your own customized message. No bull.

Also, I don't think men and boys in general should feel obligated to send cards and gifts. It's strictly a woman's job to conform to polite society and who enjoy shopping, wrapping, and writing kind and thoughtful notes. Guys, just bring 'em a fish you caught, a nice river rock, or a snake skin you found in the woods.
Reply:Just get something blank or something that is just kinda friendly but not all gushy and lovy dovy.
Reply:you sould make the card it will be sweet and she will love it, a mother can not never stop loving their child
Reply:Get a blank card or make your own.
Reply:You can do this, pick out the most impersonal card that you find, the kind that could go to any mother, the real general, unwarm ones but friendly enough. That's just playing it safe and neutral.
Reply:Oh that's some cold shiit.......

Respect ya Momma no matter what that's the law.
