Is that important to celebrate Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, ect…?

Is that important to celebrate Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, ect…? Is that a business game to improve their sales of greeting cards and gift items…? Should we be part of this?

These days give us an excuse to treat those who deserve to be treated special everyday that chance to be treated special.

Who says you have to buy a card. I'm sure there are plenty of things that they would rather have that will last much longer than the few seconds of pleasure a card will give. Just give it a little thought. They deserve at least that.

Reply:oh...yes of course it's important....look!if there wasn't some day like valentines, mothers day , ect...maybe we forget to gave our mother or our best Friend or any especial person...

that's true that some one just always withing for these days to sales there greeting cards....but it's nursery to remember that we love some one like our mom or dad....
Reply:I disapprove of these days...

They're all Hallmark holidays, made to push up sales and make a profit.

I don't like them! And I hate it when people get pissed off at me for not getting them something!
Reply:Cards for occasions such as these are grossly overpriced i think. I would rather skip the cards and just give a small personal gift. Valentines day is the only one i like to celebrate.

Reply:Not necessary for some one %26amp; necessary for some one. Its your personal out look, no body forces you, its not a national celebration day. Its highly your pesonal will and wish. Yes, but I must say that in this busy running life, some thing like these days gives some happiness to people, they enjoy it, so let them enjoy, what is the harm in it, not harming anybody. The recievers %26amp; wishers both feel happy, isn't it ? Let them celebrate what they are celebrating.
Reply:No need to be part of this. It is a bizzare display of emotions. Infact one doesn't need to send cards to one's parents or dear ones to show love.

Valentine's day can be an exception. For that kind of love one needs some sort of prop or help. e.g. it is difficult to say, 'I love you'. Every one doesn't have the power of expression. But through a card, you can say lot of sweet things.
Reply:yes, totally it means everything to me
Reply:Well at first it was just a business game. But there is no way to stop it now. Plus, they are get daysw besides birthdays to thank you mom, and dad, and spouse of everything they do for you.
Reply:whats important is our feelings for them.while all the cards etc are all materialistic.these are the usual ways of showing ur feelings.they doesn't really matter.what matters is our love to them
Reply:It all depends on those you love. If they "expect" to be treated special on this day, it would be hard. My wife and I actually make cards for each other, rather than buy them. They mean more to us.
Reply:I don't think ,sometimes these holiday are just like works or bussiness. We can do nice things everyday!
