What would you do on Mothers day about this?

My friends husband hasn't even wished her a happy mother's day. They have to young children and he didn't get cards for the kids to give to their mom. Later she watches him buy the makings for a card and a present for his mom and has the kids help him make the card and draw on it etc....Does he not know she can see him? What would you do or say to him? Do you think it is fair? basically what is your thoughts on this matter.

What would you do on Mothers day about this?

Reply:i think he doesnt really care . i think all he thinks is just give mom a card so she can feel special surprise or no surprise.

Reply:oh no.... I don't....think this is fair at all. i would not stand for it....and women do have the power to make him feel really bad.....and one way is buy his mom a gift...also.and say i just wanted to let you know i care for her..too..............no you have to use your head about getting your point over,surely the mother will ask , what did you get for mothers day????? a gift for you....i had the same happen to me. and it worked...he felt like the biggest jerk in town....and for no reason now i get flower, and gifts, he did get my point. really fast. and no i didn't have to explaine, even the kids got the whole thing

that mommy didn't get any thing. a few days later my mother in law called and said how about us haveing lunch out,,,,i said great. so she picked me up and we ate at a very fine place. i was dressed up of course, i have never been out of style......lol it was a shoping trip she surprised me with. she said after lunch lets go shoping...this never happened before....so i was looking at handbages and shoes. i found some, and was ready to pay for them, when my mother inlaw stepted in and said oh no , my dear let me pay for them....so i did. and that was the begaining of a great friendship.......use your head girl.....soon after, that my own mother passed away unexpetedly, my mother in law was there for me totaly....and i really needed some one, a mother.

god never takes away, but what he gives back.
Reply:first of all that just shows that he is a mommys boy if i read the quiestion right cause he should make sure that the children had something for there mom as well but no just like most men they have such small brains they only think of them selfs
